Are you not satisfied after receiving your order? You can exchange or return an item on condition that the item is not used, washed or damaged and it is returned with the original labels and in the original packaging within 10 days. The costs for returning the product are for your own account. When you exchange an article for something else, we will send that new article free of charge.
Any paid shipping costs (4.95) of the order will not be refunded in exchange or return, unless your return has to do with a justified complaint.

Please note: when you return an article in an envelope or flat packaging, i.e. as a letterbox post, this will save you a lot of costs, but it will not be traceable, unlike parcel post, which can always be tracked by means of a track & trace code. PostNL charges 6.75 for parcel post.
